• All sessions are by appointment only.
• A valid email address is required for booking confirmation.
• First-time clients will be asked to complete a short health intake form before the session.

2. Arrival & Late Policy
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so we can stay on schedule.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

3. Professional Conduct
• Massage services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.
• Proper draping is maintained at all times to ensure client privacy and modesty. Only the area of the body being treated will be undraped.
• Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due, and possible reporting to authorities.
• The therapist has the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.

• Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries.
• If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.
• We may require medical clearance for certain conditions.
